Business and technical cooperation between the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Chili.Chips Company

We see the contract on business and technical cooperation with Sarajevo ETF as the beginning of a new phase on our development path. It opens up possibilities for expanding existing activities not only in the field of providing chip development services for foreign customers, but also for own products for which there are still no "Made in BiH" equivalents.

Being the first in a certain field requires incomparably more effort and commitment compared to walking on the paved path. Training future staff for a type of work that still does not exist in our environment, under the competitive pressure of an already well-developed and highly profitable IT sector, is one of the challenges we face.
In this regard, the contribution of the ETFPGA club under the leadership of Associate Professor Nedim Osmić and under the auspices of the Department of Automation and Electronics is of inestimable importance. We hope that this first small step for every individual and student involved in the work of the club will turn into a big one for all of us together, and especially for BiH 'know-how' in the field of microelectronics and chips.
